Each year the members of Ipswich Region Community Church give towards a special cash offering. During 2007/08 the congregation of IRCC gave over $95,000 towards purchasing new sound and lighting equipment in the auditorium. Our building and its location are an incredible blessing and are key components to us fulfilling our vision as a church and reaching the city of Ipswich and beyond. What a testimony this is to the generosity and faithfulness of the church!
As each member of our our church partners together we will make a difference. It is our target to be able to put $4000 per week toward repayment’s for our building and property. Part of this amount is paid through the faithful giving of some who already give of their finance to this endeavor. However the shortfall is made up from the weekly tithes which significantly reduces the ministry we are able to do. As each member does their part this can be achieved.... think about it, 200 people, giving $20 a week would achieve this goal. Some will be able to give more, others less, but no matter the amount, each dollar makes a difference and releases finances for practical ministry.
Begin giving your pledge on the weekend of the 15th & 16th of August. Pledge forms will be given out in the weeks prior to that weekend or alternatively download a pledge form from our ‘Our Journey’ section on our website www.ircc.org.au You can give in many ways - Information on Methods of GIVING
DIRECT DEBIT If you indicate that you would like to give your Pledge by direct debit from your credit, you will receive by post a “Giving Direct” direct debit authority form. Once you have provided us with the completed form allowing us to debit your credit card according to your instructions your direct debit will begin. This strategy enables you to give authority once so that you do not need to remember to give your pledge as the system will do it automatically for the period that you request. You can also set up a direct debit from your savings account by visiting your local bank branch and providing them with the account details provided on this flier (internet banking section below) and they will organize the regular payment for you. We are also currently looking into options relating to direct debit to make it even easier for you to give with this method.... Stay tuned.
EFTPOS Those who wish to use EFTPOS can do so after the weekend services. We can debit credit cards, savings and cheque accounts.
CASH / CHEQUE There will be envelopes provided to give with cash or cheque. To give your pledge , simply place your cash or cheque in the envelope and place into the offering however frequently you choose to give.
